Product delivery method All products sold at Intero Visuals online store are available in the form of downloadable ZIP archive files for 7 days following purchase. Intero Visuals does not typically provide phyisical shipping. We collect shipping information only to determine the phyisical location of the customer. Intero Visuals may provide phyisical shipping of purchased products if customer experiences troubles downloading the files. Shipping service is provided by USPS postal service and subject to fee. 2. Use and Protection of Your Account and Password You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password. The geometric models purchased at Intero Visuals store whether on disk, in read only memory, on any other media or in any other form are licensed, not sold, to You by Intero Visuals and/or its subsidiaries, if any. 5. Permitted Uses and Restrictions. Under the terms of this License You may (i) use copy and modify the geometric models on multiple computers at SOLELY one physical location and (ii) embed the Intero Visuals geometric models into certain computer generated visual images and materials that You create. You may NOT: (a) use the geometric models other than as expressly authorized in this License; (b) use the geometric models in the creation of pornographic material; and (c) except as permitted by applicable law and this License, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or create derivative works from the purchased geometric models. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Intero Visuals if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. 6.Limited Warranty on Intero Visuals geometric models. If the Intero Visuals geometric models has been provided to you in a Package (and not downloaded directly from Intero Visuals web site), Intero Visuals warrants that the media containing the geometric models shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date You obtained the license. Any such media not meeting this standard will be replaced when returned, along with the original receipt, to Intero Visuals. 7. Limitation of Liability. Otherwise, this License shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect. 10. Return Policy. If the product fails to download, is broken, or appears to be incompatible with your software, please contact our support service within 10 (ten) days of the purchase by sending an email to support@interovisuals.com we will attempt to resolve any problems in order to make your purchase satisfactory. If the purchase is still unsatisfactory, we can process a return and credit the original sale. 11. Complete Agreement. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of Intero Visuals geometric models and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by Intero Visuals.
